FAQ Formal Wear Questions
How far in advance should I register our wedding?
You can register your event at any time! Call or schedule a consultation appointment at any of our locations. You can either make an appointment online or call one of our retail locations and talk to a formal wear specialist to get you started.
Do I need an appointment to register my wedding?
Appointments are highly encouraged for all wedding bookings and group fittings, although not required!
Appointments are not necessary for single orders or measurements.
Where do I go to get fitted?
There are many ways to get you fitted and looking great! Getting measured by a professional at any of our locations is always a great option. Or, you can print our Measurements form and take it to any certified tailor shop near you. Once you have done that, return to our site and submit your measurements here.
When do I return my rental?
All rental items are due back the next business day after your event. You may return to any of our five retail locations. We also have Express-Return containers located at our Des Moines retail location which can be used after our business hours.
