How far in advance should I register our wedding?

We recommend couples register their wedding about 9 months in advance, especially if you want full access to our color range, fitting options, and group coordination services.

That said, we’re pros at last-minute fittings and formalwear emergencies—so even if your event is fast approaching, stop in or give us a call. We’ll get you taken care of. The earlier, the better… but we’ve got you even if it’s down to the wire!

Do I need an appointment to register my wedding?

Appointments are highly encouraged for weddings, group fittings, and consultations to ensure personalized service and proper planning.

For individual rentals or measurements, feel free to walk in—no appointment needed.

Absolutely! We offer nationwide direct shipping for suits and tuxedos so out-of-town groomsmen, friends, or family can easily get fitted and styled with the rest of the party.

What happens if I accidentally damage a rental?

We get it—dancing, toasting, and celebrating can take a toll on your formalwear.

All rental orders include a $10 damage waiver, which covers minor stains, rips, or wear-and-tear repairs.

Our professional dry cleaners and tailors are some of the best—so don’t stress the small stuff.

However, if a garment is lost, intentionally damaged, or returned in unsalvageable condition, a replacement fee may apply.

When do I return my rental?

All rental items are due back the next business day after your event.

You can return them to any of our five retail locations. For added convenience, we offer Express-Return drop boxes at our Des Moines store, which you can use after business hours.

Can I customize my suit or tuxedo look?

Absolutely. From color-coordinated ties and vests to bold pocket squares and shoes, you can personalize every detail.
