How far in advance should I book my prom tuxedo or suit?
We recommend booking your prom tuxedo or suit at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure the best selection of styles, colors, and sizes. However, we’re here to help even if you’re running a little behind—just stop in, and we’ll work to find you the perfect fit!
What’s included in a prom rental?
With our new pricing structure, you’re in control! We’ve moved away from set packages, so you can customize and build your ideal prom look. Choose exactly what you need – jacket, pants, shirt, tie or bow tie, vest, shoes, and more – and leave out what you don’t. This way, you get a look that fits both your style and budget! Plus, we offer a variety of accessories to help you add the perfect finishing touches.
Can I purchase a suit or tux instead of renting?
Absolutely! We offer flexible options, including our MetroFlex suit collection, which features 18 color options and stretch fabric for extra comfort. Whether you want to rent or own your prom look, we’ve got you covered.
What if my prom date has a specific color for me to match?
No problem! We offer a wide range of vest, tie, and pocket square colors to coordinate perfectly with your date’s dress. Just bring a photo or swatch, and our team will help you find the perfect match.
What happens if I need to make last-minute changes or adjustments?
Life happens, and we’ve got your back! If you need to make adjustments, just let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you. With our Des Moines based warehouse, it’s easy to make sure you look flawless for the big night.
Do I need an appointment to shop for prom?
No appointment is needed to shop for prom unless you’re coming in with a group of 4 or more. Our team is ready to help you find your perfect look anytime during store hours. If you’re planning a group visit, we recommend scheduling an appointment so we can ensure everyone gets the personalized attention they deserve!
